My house, (and my life) teems with things that once looked one way, and are now seen in a totally different light. Decor is always evolving, ideas for "restyling" something old or cast-off into an object of beauty or interest can occupy me for days. I am a stylist at work and at home to the core. An item perfectly placed gives me a ton of satisfaction. Strange, since I'm also a person who leaves laundry scattered all over my bedroom floor! But even there, up on the windowsill, is a little vignette....
Fresh flowers from my husband welcome me home from a recent shoot in San Francisco.
A birdcage reused from our wedding is painted white over the original black, and on each side tablecloths from Anthropologie are "restyled" into curtains.
Little things like this are the overflow of my passion for styling and I hope you enjoy the projects and bits of inspiration that are to come!
